QC-121M2F is used to test the compression strength of large package materials such as cartons, foam, styrofoam, etc. It can measure capacity and deformation of samples against compression, which is a key point for logistics and warehouse management.
Description
- QC-121M2F is used to test the compression strength of large package materials such as cartons, foam, styrofoam, etc. It can measure capacity and deformation of samples against compression, which is a key point for logistics and warehouse management.
- QC-121 type machine uses 3-point force measurement, which can increase the accuracy of force sensing. The upper platen can be adjusted to be fixed or swiveled to meet the standard.
- The machine is equipped with standard 7″ color touch display panel. The panel can display the real-time curve graph and relative data simultaneously. The optional dedicated software provides multiple test modes including direct compression, fixed force test, creep, auto return, etc. It also supports over 2-stage speed setting.

Features Box Compression tester QC-121M2F:
- This model is designed for test in common corrugated carton or other materials package container to proceed with whole carton compression strength test. To prevent package carton strength is not enough during transport, stack, stock and moving and cause product deformation or damage in these inappropriate treatment conditions.
- Go with new design of M2F controller and 7 -inch of TFT Color touch screen. It can do the test in standalone-model.
Various units can be modified in accordance with the needs of users. When using it, it can display the real-time data and record a short time testing data. Data can be restored and exported to EXCEL sheet for further analysis by USB, or the special software can also be an alternative option for proceeding with further data analysis - Through Windows 7/8 of Person computer. The software with multi-languages is very easy to operation. It also has all kind of metric units, real-time graphs and also provides complete analysis test data which finish test can do variety of material analysis. The report configuration can be modify after test.
