Step 2: Dragon Tien’s customer care department will receive complaints and feedback with customers within 48 working hours. Depending on the nature and extent of complaints, the company will take specific measures to solve That dispute does not exceed 20 working days.
Step 3: Rong Tien can ask the Customer to provide information, evidence relating to the transaction, product to verify, clarify the case and have appropriate handling direction.
Step 4: In case Rong Tien and the parties have tried to resolve through negotiation and agreement, they still cannot solve the conflict arising from the transaction with Customers, the Board of Management will request to bring the case to a competent State agency to resolve according to law.
