QC-508M1F-extended Universal Materials Testing Machines
QC-508M1F (One column type) has a better design of the machine column and operation. The machine adopts servo motor and high precise ball screw. QC-508M1F with extended stroke is suitable for the test force below 2kN. User can base on he specimen length and elongation to choose the machine stroke. We can provide complete planning for grips to test with different test methods.
The dedicated software for M1F can be installed under Windows 7/8/10, it is available for tensile, compression, bending, peeling constant tensile or compression tests, and so on. The software is quite user friendly and easy to learn. It can support different unit (Imperial or Metric), real-time curve graph display and provide complete data analysis function. All the reports can be adjusted, full analysis or save after test finished. User can choose the optional display for stand-alone operation for a quick test.

QC-551 Long Extensometer
- QC-551 Long extensometer is suitable for higher than 20% elongation of rubber, plastic, PE, fabric, webbing of material which are high elongation measurement accessories. The specimen usually made dumbbell-shape. The extensometer can link with Cometech machine and auto-detect the deformation of the test piece during the test.
QC-557 Short extensometer
- QC-557 Short extensometer can measure metal, hard plastic of less than 100% elongation of material deformation. During test, it can measure complete test deform rate and do not need to dismantle it when during the test. When the specimen gauge length is longer or elongation rate is bigger, customized longer extensometer is also available
