Working principle of homogeniser:
– Step 1: Un-homogenized products go into “Valve Seat” at high pressure, small velocity.
– Step 2: When entering the gap between “Valve” and “Seat” (the clearance is adjustable), the speed increases rapidly, the pressure drops.
– Step 3: At this time, extremely large energy is released causing chaos and the difference in local pressure to tear apart the particles.
– Step 4: The homogenized product touches the “Impact ring” and exits at a sufficient pressure to move on to the next step.
